Description:
The venue is a former SEQEB (Energex) depot located approximately 100 metres from cafes, restaurants and shops of North Tamborine on picturesque Knoll Road. The Knoll National Park is about 300 metres away in the other direction. The double-height building is of brick, cement and steel construction, with a polished concrete floor space of 144 sq. m, situated on a 2200 sq. m landscaped block. There is ample off-street parking. The building has a double-height roller door and a 2-tonne electric winch gantry. Inside the building there is a bathroom / toilet, kitchenette and office. There is also an enclosed formal entrance area.
