Description:
A dam on the Stanley River - feeds into the Brisbane River at Wivenhoe Dam. 220km upstream from mouth of Brisbane River. Full capacity 910 000 megalitres when full - surface are of 42 hectares. Nice bridge with continuous water as it is fed from the dam. Activities permitted (April 2019) include sailing, paddle craft, pwc, boating, water skiing, fishing (sips), camping (private operator), swimming (designated areas only). Bush walking, dogs, horse riding, mountain biking are not permitted.
