Cid Harbour is a large, tranquil harbour located on the western side of Whitsunday Island. The Harbour is mostly sheltered from wind except for westerly wind. It is popular for boating and swimming due to its clear blue waters, white sandy beaches, and green forest inland. There is no port in the harbour. Located roughly 1200km (745 miles / 14 hrs) from Village Roadshow Studios. The nearest airport is Hamilton Island Airport (HTI). Flights take approximately one hour and forty-five minutes. The closest POH, Brisbane City, is around 1150km (715 miles / 13 hrs) away.
