We are located on acreage on the side of Mount Tamborine in the Scenic Rim council area. It is a sloping block with trees covering approx 50% of the land size. We are situated at the end of a no through road. The house is a basic low set 3/4 bedroom, 2/3 living areas with outside decking overlooking the pool.
Since purchasing the house in April 2024,(refer Real Estate link and You Tube video) the small garden sheds to the right hand side of the pool have been replaced with a small office/studio hut and fire pit area, and some trees and bushes have been removed.
