One of Brisbane's oldest pubs, The Alliance Hotel has 3 levels, with a variety of rooms, colours and back drops to suit a variety of events. On level 1 is our light filled Leichhardt Room, where the exposed, original brick work is a beautiful feature of the space. On the ground level is our Front bar and award winning restaurant with a private dining room. With fireplaces, timber bars, original rosettes, the ground floor is a warm, cosy atmosphere. Our basement level holds both the Chalet Bar and Cellar Bar. The Chalet Bar is an Apres Ski style decor, with red painted brickwork, fireplace, and leather chesterfield lounges. The Cellar Bar in more of a black canvas in terms of decorations, with timber floors and a large bar. Neither room in the basement have windows, and is dark and very cool, due to the natural insulation of the stone and brickwork, which also provides excellent insulation from external noise.
