George Brockwell Gill designed historical brick 4 storey building built in 1901 set on the main street of town with a variety of shops and vacant stores inside. External enclosed staircase down one side of building with rear verandahs overlooking the train lines. There is a hallway between businesses leading back to the internal staircase which takes you down to the lower floor of businesses or up to empty rooms. Wood floors throughout and internal areas have been recently renovated. Sail boat mural painted in 1922 on one internal wall.
