Ephraim Island is a luxurious residential development situated in the Gold Coast suburb of Paradise Point. While it was built on land once covered by mangroves, it is renowned for inhabiting a mostly artificial island connected to the mainland by a private 400 metre bridge. The most distinctive part of the island’s design is the shape of the landmass; a conspicuous albeit backwards “e” from a bird’s eye view of the island. On Ephraim Island, there includes a marina (with a capacity of 115 berths), 12 larger buildings (largest topping 11 stories), 30 beach houses and a restaurant. The apartments, villas and penthouses are ultra-modern, with all rooms equipped with view of the water, landscaped gardens and first class amenities.

In 2010, some scenes for the Australian feature film Jucy were shot on Ephraim Island. Located within the Broadwater Precinct, the island is 13.9km (8.6 miles/ 19 mins) from Village Roadshow Studios. The nearest airport is Gold Coast Airport, Coolangatta (OOL). The closest POH, Gold Coast City, is 14.4km (9 miles/ 26min) away.
